TGIFF – Churning Up a Prisms Storm

I don’t always have a fun share on a Friday but I’m happy to say that I do this time. I actually finished this quilt a little while ago but had not shared any photos. It’s an older pattern of mine that is still really popular and I remade it with fabrics from my very first signature fabric line with Island Batik. I love the way the colors pop in this quilt. Presenting TGIFF – Churning Up a Prisms Storm.

I took my TGIFF – Churning Up a Prisms Storm on a little field trip in the Allegheny National Forest to get some pictures. I thought the bright colors in the quilt would stand out against the grey rocks. There were other hikers around and they got a kick out of this woman having her husband take pictures all around the area with a quilt.

It is always fun seeing people’s reactions when my assistant (aka husband) and I are out taking pictures of my quilts.

Special thanks to Laura of Slice of Pi Quilts for organizing TGIFF! Bloggers participate every week so keep an eye out for new posts.

I’ve been working on other quilts too, but this one just makes me smile. If you like this pattern it is available in my Etsy shop in either a digital or paper version.

Do you have any finished you would like to share? I would love to see it! Join the fun linkup below and show off your work.

And if you don’t have anything to share this week that’s is totally fine. Get some inspiration for a new project here!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

Thanks! It was fun to do a little climbing around the rocks (very little climbing).
